QCU Conducts a Pre-Strategic Planning Review to Advance Accreditation and Propel SDGs

Quezon City University (QCU) recently conducted its Pre-Strategic Planning Review for the academic year 2024-2025 on March 12, 2024, in the Audio-Visual Room, New Academic Building, with the theme “Winning Ways through Sustainable Development.” The main objective of this review was to establish a foundation for the upcoming Strategic Planning Review, which is set to take place in Baguio from March 16-18, 2024.

Dr. Theresita Atienza led the review, which involved officials from different departments, offices, and units. Their task was to evaluate the university’s current position and identify strategic priorities. Dr. Atienza stressed the importance of aligning proposed projects with accreditation recommendations and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Throughout the session, participants were reminded of QCU’s commitment to making a meaningful impact. They were encouraged to leverage collaborations and research partnerships to achieve this goal. The review also emphasized the significance of effective resource allocation to support strategic initiatives.

The Pre-Strategic Planning Review provided valuable insights and guidance for departments to align their initiatives with QCU’s strategic goals as it works towards Level III Accreditation and sustainable development.
