a. coordinates, systematizes and administers the University scholarship, student assistantship and other financial assistance programs in accordance with University policies and procedures;
b. recommends programs, guidelines and policies pertinent to improving the scholarship and financial assistance programs and services;
c. develops support services and enhancement activities for scholars and financial grantees to optimize their financial benefits and sustain their scholastic standing;
d. maintains continuing communication and good relations with benefactors and grantors; and
e. prepares and submits regular and other reports as required by the President and grantors.
