Expanding Access to Knowledge: QCU Library Reaffirms Public Access
Quezon City University (QCU) continues to reaffirm its commitment to inclusive education and community engagement by keeping the University Library open to the public. This longstanding initiative reflects QCU’s mission of extending learning opportunities beyond its campus and ensuring that knowledge resources are accessible to students, educators, researchers, and community members.
External students and researchers may access the QCU Library’s collections and facilities by presenting a referral letter from their Chief Librarian and completing a short online registration form through this link:

This process underscores the University’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and open access to knowledge.
By maintaining public access to its library, QCU reinforces its role as a community resource hub, supporting not only its enrolled students but also the broader public in pursuit of academic excellence and lifelong learning. This initiative aligns with SDG 4: Quality Education by expanding equitable access to academic materials, and with SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by strengthening institutional collaboration and shared learning.
The QCU Library thus stands as a living testament to the University’s sustainability vision—where education is inclusive, partnerships are strengthened, and knowledge is shared for the common good.
