656 Barangay Leaders Graduate from QCU Certificate Courses in Public Service
A historic milestone was recently celebrated as 656 barangay public servants completed the Certificate Courses offered by Quezon City University (QCU) through the Center for Professional and Continuing Education – Speaker Feliciano R. Belmonte Jr. School of Good Governance, in partnership with the Quezon City Barangay and Community Relations Department.
Held at QC M.I.C.E., the program equips leaders with essential knowledge and skills in:
- Leadership in Public Service
- Fundamentals of Public Management
- Public Finance
- Evidence-Based Policy and Decision Making
Mayor Joy Belmonte emphasized the importance of continuous education and capacity-building to strengthen good governance, ensuring that every barangay delivers transparent, accountable, and people-first service.
