QCU Strengthens Global Academic Ties Through MOU Signing at ICON-IRCPAS 3.0

Atienza represented QCU alongside delegates from HUTECH University, Burapha University, CT University Ludhiana (Punjab, India), Osmeña Colleges, Carcar City College, and Pampanga State University. The ceremony was facilitated by the Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE), bringing together institutions dedicated to advancing education and research across borders.
