QCU Brings Insights on Education Policy and Sustainability to A-GRASS 2026

Quezon City University (QCU), as an official academic partner of the Asian Graduate Studies Summit (A-GRASS) 2026, continues its active participation in meaningful academic engagements and collaborative discussions during the summit’s second day held on May 27, 2026, in Tagaytay City, Philippines.

Following the morning plenary sessions, including the Round Table Discussion on the “Current Landscape, Systemic Challenges, and Policy Directions of Education in the Philippines,” QCU President Dr. Theresita V. Atienza joined distinguished academic leaders, policymakers, and institutional partners in advancing conversations centered on graduate education, research, innovation, and sustainability.

During the event, Dr. Atienza shared a photo opportunity with Hon. Brian Daniel Poe Llamanzares, together with Dr. Eduardo C. Zialcita, Dean of the Graduate School of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, Dr. Racidon P. Bernarte, Managing Director of APCoRE, and other university officials and partner representatives participating in the international summit.

The discussions highlighted the importance of strengthening higher education systems, addressing emerging educational challenges, and fostering collaborative policy directions that promote inclusive, innovative, and sustainable academic development across institutions and nations.
