QCU Board of Regents Welcomes New Members, Strengthening Vision for Academic Excellence
On September 19, 2025, the Quezon City University (QCU) marked a significant milestone as the Board of Regents, chaired by Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, convened to formally welcome its newly appointed members—further strengthening the university’s commitment to academic excellence and inclusive leadership.
Taking their oaths of office were Hon. Nicole Ella V. Crisologo, Hon. Luigi D. Pumaren, Hon. Vicente Belmonte Jr., and Dr. Rina R. Palmiano. Their appointments signal a renewed vision for governance and strategic direction that will support QCU’s continued growth as a transformative institution in higher education.
The ceremony was co-led by QCU President Dr. Theresita V. Atienza and attended by key university officials and stakeholders. Discussions during the assembly focused on bold initiatives aimed at enhancing student services, expanding academic programs, and fostering innovation across the university.
