Quezon City University (QCU) strengthened its academic linkages and research collaboration efforts through its participation in the Welcome Dinner of the 1st C.U.B.E. A.R.I.S.E. 2026 on September 30, 2026, at the WEMS Hall of Baguio Central University.

The QCU delegation was composed of Dr. Randel D. Estacio, Dean of the College of Education; Dr. Erlee Angel S. Reyes of the College of Business; Ms. Dianne D. Lumibao of the College of Education; and Angelito P. Bautista Jr., Director of the REPL-Research Management Office.

The Welcome Dinner served as a pre-conference fellowship and networking activity for delegates of the Asian educators’ congress. It provided QCU representatives with an opportunity to engage with educators, researchers, and institutional leaders and explore potential areas for research collaboration, academic exchange, and future partnerships.

As part of the program, tokens of appreciation were presented to the invited keynote speakers. Dr. Estacio received the token intended for QCU President Dr. Theresita V. Atienza, who was invited to deliver a keynote address during the opening program of the congress.

The gathering also strengthened QCU’s engagement with the institutions comprising the C.U.B.E. Partnership—the University of Baguio, Cordillera Career Development College, Baguio Central University, and Easter College Inc.

QCU’s participation in C.U.B.E. A.R.I.S.E. 2026 reflects the University’s continuing efforts to expand academic linkages and create opportunities for research, faculty engagement, knowledge exchange, and institutional collaboration.

Through sustained partnerships with higher education institutions, QCU continues to foster collaboration that supports academic development, research advancement, and shared contributions to the higher education community.
