QCU Undergoes CHED On-Site Evaluation for Master of Engineering Program
Quezon City University (QCU) welcomed the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) Technical Panel on September 21, 2026, for an on site evaluation in connection with the University’s application for a Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) for its Master of Engineering, major in Industrial Engineering.
The evaluation team included Technical Panel members Dr. Philip P. Ermita and Dr. Arriane A. Palisoc, Engr. Moises B. Cabreros, Jr. of CHED-OPSD, and Mr. Bryan D. Uy of CHED NCR.
Under the leadership of University President Dr. Theresita V. Atienza, QCU, through its College of Engineering, prepared the necessary academic, administrative, faculty, and institutional requirements for the graduate program. The evaluation provided an opportunity for the University to present its capabilities and demonstrate its commitment to meeting CHED standards for quality graduate engineering education.
QCU continues to strengthen its graduate education offerings and expand opportunities for advanced learning, with plans to develop additional master’s degree programs in the coming years.
