QCU Robotics Society Welcomes New Members Through Team Building
Quezon City University (QCU) Robotics Society successfully conducted the first day of its Team Building 2026 on August 14, 2026, welcoming new members through activities designed to strengthen teamwork, leadership, creativity, and innovation.
QCU President Dr. Theresita V. Atienza expressed her support for the organization and highlighted the Robotics Team’s continued “path of gold.” She emphasized that robotics develops skills that extend beyond competitions and encouraged greater participation from students across QCU’s colleges. She also challenged the team to develop robotic solutions that address real-world challenges in Quezon City. Meanwhile, College of Engineering Dean Dr. Ryan F. Arago underscored the importance of consistency, discipline, and commitment in achieving meaningful progress.
The new members put their communication and collaboration skills to the test through team-building activities, including Cup Stacking Rig, Straw Skyscraper, and Pass the Message: Charades Edition.
The activity provided an opportunity for members to build stronger connections while fostering the teamwork and problem-solving skills essential to robotics and innovation.
As the QCU Robotics Society continues its journey, its new members are set to learn, collaborate, and innovate together in pursuit of excellence.
