QCU receives bike racks from QC DPOS Bike Patroller Division to promote sustainable commuting

Quezon City University (QCU) received two bike racks from the Quezon City Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS) Bike Patroller Division, led by Team Leader Ms. Danna Grace Varel, on September 15, 2023.

The donation, part of the Green Transport initiative by QC-DPOS, was gratefully received by Mr. Nelson Lazare, Head of Physical Facilities, and Mr. Antonio Garcia, QCU’s Safety Officer. The bike racks aim to encourage sustainable transport options for students and staff, promoting the university’s commitment to eco-friendly commuting solutions.

This initiative reflects QCU’s continued collaboration with local authorities to support sustainable practices on campus.
