QCU Athletes Compete at 2024 LCUAA National Games
Quezon City University (QCU) student-athletes participated in the 13th Local Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (LCUAA) National Games, held from October 20-26, 2024, at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMun).
The week-long event, themed “Moving Stronger Together, Moving Farther and Higher,” featured intense competition and fostered camaraderie among student-athletes from 25 universities and colleges nationwide. QCU competed in various sports, including basketball, table tennis, badminton, men’s volleyball, and cheerleading, alongside other top institutions.
The LCUAA National Games serve as both a competitive arena and a platform for promoting unity among student-athletes, offering an opportunity for individuals from diverse backgrounds to bond over their shared passion for sports.
As QCU takes part in this prestigious event, it aims to inspire not only its athletes but the entire university community to pursue excellence in every aspect of life.
This year’s overall champion is Gordon College of Olongapo City, Zambales.
