SDG 3

The Guidance and Counseling Unit invites all Quezon City University students to take part in the Mental Health First Aid Check-In, an initiative designed to promote mental wellness, resilience, and peer support within the QCU community.

The Mental Health First Aid Check-In aims to further equip students with basic mental health knowledge and practical skills to help them manage stress, recognize when to seek help, and provide support to peers in a safe and non-judgmental manner.
