JPIA-QCU Zenith Federation Shines at SIDHANA 2025, Honored for Excellence, Leadership, and Holistic Development
On July 5, 2025, the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) – Quezon City University (QCU) Zenith Federation illuminated the stage of SIDHANA: Mga Bituing Hinabi ng Silangan, bringing home a collection of prestigious honors that speak volumes of their passion, resilience, and servant leadership.
This year’s SIDHANA—a federation-wide culminating event—celebrated not only excellence in academics and leadership but also the cultural, creative, and organizational spirit that student leaders from across the region have nurtured throughout the year. For JPIA-QCU, it became a moment of recognition for the values they have long upheld.
Among the highest accolades received by the organization was the Hiyas ng Silangan Award, conferred on local chapters that consistently demonstrated quality performance, unwavering commitment, and exemplary leadership. This was complemented by the Liwayway ng Silangan Award, which acknowledged the chapter’s excellence in culture, sports, and the arts—areas where JPIA-QCU has promoted holistic student development. Their commitment to consistent and meaningful participation in council-led activities was likewise honored through the Alab ng Silangan Award.
Beyond these, JPIA-QCU also bagged awards for having the Most Outstanding Membership Program Event, the Best Face-to-Face Event, and the Judge’s Choice Award—a trifecta of recognitions that validated their innovative programming and impactful student initiatives.
The spotlight also turned toward individual leaders who have played vital roles in the chapter’s success. Jobel Ariznabarreta, serving as Local Chapter President, was honored with two distinctions: the LCP Sandigan ng Silangan (Silver) for demonstrating visionary and steadfast leadership, and the LCP Kadasig ng Silangan (Gold) for his active engagement in council-wide initiatives. Fellow JPIAns were likewise celebrated, with Quine Lozada receiving the EO Kadasig ng Silangan (Bronze) for her continued involvement in federation activities, and Jean Pauline Ortega earning the EO Sandigan ng Silangan (Gold) for her integrity, influence, and leadership that inspired organizational growth.
These recognitions are more than just awards—they are affirmations of the JPIA-QCU chapter’s pursuit of excellence rooted in unity, purpose, and servant-leadership. With each accolade, the chapter not only celebrates what has been achieved, but also renews its commitment to mentoring future leaders, building stronger communities, and continuing the legacy of passionate service.
In the glow of SIDHANA 2025, JPIA-QCU did not just shine—they sparked a flame that will continue to burn bright in the years to come.
