Together in Blue: QCU Celebrates Mental Health Awareness
In line with the university-wide memorandum, the vibrant spirit of unity and mental wellness came alive today across our San Bartolome, Batasan, and San Francisco campuses through the Maki-Hype Activity!
Our dedicated staff proudly wore blue — a color symbolizing peace, trust, and resilience — as a powerful statement of solidarity in promoting mental health awareness. Each department stood tall, showing that together, we are stronger.
In a deeply moving gesture, staff members took a moment to reflect and write heartfelt messages to their future selves on post-it notes. These notes carried promises of self-care, reminders to breathe, and commitments to protect their mental well-being. A simple act, yet profoundly transformative.
This event wasn’t just an activity — it was a movement. A reminder that mental health matters, and that every member of our QCU community plays a vital role in creating a culture of compassion, hope, and healing.
