Sustainable Development Goal 8

Decent Work and Economic Growth
Quezon City University’s programs and courses are designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for meaningful employment as it envisions to produce employable graduates. By providing a quality education, the university contributes to SDG 8 by preparing a workforce that can actively participate in economic growth and fostering decent work opportunities. It also works with various NGOs and international organizations such as USAID, Education Development Center, and Philippine Business for Education, in providing skill enhancement and entrepreneurship training to various individuals, specifically the out-of-school youth to prepare them for employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
