QCU and OLOPSC Marikina Forge Academic Partnership
Quezon City, Philippines – Quezon City University (QCU) welcomed representatives from Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College (OLOPSC) Marikina for a benchmarking visit, fostering a strategic partnership aimed at advancing academic collaboration and institutional development on January 28, 2025.
The OLOPSC delegation was led by Dean Dr. Ma. Lourdes Dimasakat, accompanied by Program Chairs Mr. Ramon Denoso, Ms. Grace Ann Javier, and Ms. Apasra Somo, as well as Chief Librarian Ms. Susan Pador. Their discussions focused on potential digital library resource sharing to support faculty, staff, and student research, alongside partnerships on intellectual property initiatives through QCU’s Innovation and Technology Support Office (ITSO). Access to these resources will be governed by mutually agreed-upon terms to ensure ethical and effective use.
The partnership also envisions faculty and staff exchange programs to facilitate knowledge-sharing, specialized training, and collaborative academic and research activities.
