In a powerful stride toward building a future anchored in knowledge and integrity, the Quezon City Local Government, together with Quezon City University (QCU) and the Barangay and Community Relations Department (BCRD), successfully conducted the 4th session of the Speaker Feliciano R. Belmonte Jr. School of Good Governance Certificate Courses on Evidence-Based Policy and Decision Making and Public Finance on June 20, 2026.
