Calling All QCU Faculty: Apply for Global Research Microgrant

    • Quezon City University (QCU) invites its faculty members to apply for the Research with

    Humanity Microgrant, in collaboration with the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) in Saudi Arabia.

    This international grant supports joint research between KFUPM and partner institutions in developing countries. It aims to address pressing global and local challenges through innovative, high-impact projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

    Eligible disciplines include:

    • Arts & Humanities – such as History, Philosophy, Literature, Language, Religious Studies, and Cultural Studies, focusing on human culture, critical theory, and historical inquiry;
    • Engineering & Technology – including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Materials Science, and Computer Science, with emphasis on innovation, design, and industrial applications;
    • Life Sciences & Medicine – including Medicine, Biology, Public Health, Neuroscience, and Pharmacology, focusing on health and biological processes;
    • Natural Sciences – including Physics, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Mathematics, and Environmental Science, with emphasis on fundamental understanding of the natural world;
    • Social Sciences & Management – including Economics, Sociology, Education, Political Science, Psychology, and Business, focusing on human behavior, governance, and society.

    Interested faculty members are advised to coordinate with the QCU Research Management Office for details on submission requirements and timelines.
