QCU contributes to SDG 2 through research and educational programs related to agriculture and food security with its Center for Urban Agriculture and Innovation, in partnership with the QC Local Government’s Joy of Urban Farming and GrowQC programs, and various national agencies such as the Department of Agriculture. The university’s agricultural programs and research initiatives provide valuable insights into sustainable urban farming practices and food production, which can help reduce hunger and promote food security in the City, the Philippines, and beyond.
