QCU IE Students Implements NSTP Project Waterwise
On April 26, 2025, NSPT-CWTS II students of SBIE 1C of Industrial Engineering implemented their project, “Waterwise: Optimizing Water Efficiency for Sustainability at Sharon Farm in Barangay Novaliches Proper”.
It iInvolved the installation of water sprinkler system at Sharon Farm in Brgy. Novaliches Proper — promoting efficient irrigation and sustainable farming.
This initiative fulfills their NSTP requirement and will be part of Quezon City University’s (QCU) urban farming extension efforts under Project GREENSPACE by the College of Engineering and the REPL Extension Management Office, showing how student-led innovation creates lasting community impact.
