QCU Cleanup Day in Partnership with Brgy. Bagbag

The World Cleanup Day 2022 is fast approaching, and its campaign organized at Quezon City University (QCU) is underway this September 19, 2022 – on Monday at Urbano St. Barangay Bagbag. Student organizations at QCU are also set to participate in the said event along with the Barangay.

This initiative, under the Malasakit Program of QCU SMILE Extension, aims to support the chosen community through a cleanup effort while simultaneously drawing attention to the issue and educating the public about the threats that waste poses. Having said that, cleaning up the streets from plastic and another waste is only one part of the solution. Beyond that, it’s also about accelerating the change within us.
