QCU promotes gender equality through various policies and initiatives through the QCU Center for Gender and Development and guided by the QC Gender and Development Council Office, ensuring that all students and staff have equal opportunities and treatment, regardless of their gender. The university fosters an environment where gender-based discrimination and stereotypes are actively challenged, contributing to the empowerment of women and the promotion of gender equality, in line with SDG 5.
