As the pandemic continues, people experience setbacks that result in anxiety, stress, and breakdowns. 

With that, the QCU Supreme Student Council, in partnership with SSCSP, Photo x Media, NU CBA student council, and The Philippine Online Student Tambayan – the POST, invites you to join the mental health webinar entitled “HIRAYA: Rise Beyond Downfall” that will be held on December 5, 2021, Sunday at 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM through FB Live and Zoom.

Together, we will discuss and develop strategies to overcome the setbacks that we are experiencing. Don’t feel embarrassed about your breakdowns. It is VALID. Let us help each other to overcome these hindrances in order to achieve our goals.
