If you know other Barangay officials, active youth leaders, community leaders, and TESDA completers within Quezon City who would like to partake in a 120-hour Executive Course that will focus on how to plan, design, and develop valuable and effective programs for the Out-of-School Youth in our City, tell them to register now in the Executive Course for Barangay Leaders on System Delivery Support for the Out-of-School Youth (QCU BLeSDS for the OSY Executive Course) supported by the Education Development Center (EDC) through the USAID Opportunity 2.0 program.
