In his opening remarks, Dr. Melvin Carlos, Deputy Executive Director of DOST-PCAARRD, highlighted the importance of the meeting, noting that, “The items we will discuss today will shape the foundational works of MetroMAARRDEC. We are laying the very groundwork upon which this consortium will be built. The decisions we make today will serve as the cornerstones of our future.”
The meeting also included the election of officers, the presentation of the consortium’s vision, mission, thematic areas, and roadmap, as well as the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize inter-agency collaboration. Dr. Reynaldo B. Ebora, Executive Director of DOST-PCAARRD, delivered the closing remarks emphasizing sustained coordination and partnership among consortium members.
Representing QCU, Mr. Angelito P.
