Cleaning Operations and Tree Planting

Happened last March 14, 2022: QCU-Extension Management Office (EMO) along with the other representatives from the QCU Administrative Services attended a one (1) day cleaning operations and tree planting at Ada’s Park in Estero de Pandacan along Jesus St., Brgy. 833-834, Manila with the theme, “Tibayanihan 2: Build Back Better and Greener in Post-Covid-19”.

The ceremony was attended and spearheaded by the Pasig River Coordinating and Management Office (PRCMO), led by its Deputy Executive Director, Dr. Lloyd C. Bautista. Also, guests from DENR, City Engineering, Junior Chamber International – Manila Chapter, Brgy. 833-834 Officials, and Quezon City University, represented by (Mr. Lenard F. Bien, Mr. Romel O. Sevilla, Mr. Marck Eric John M. Esole, Mr. Arjay P. Flormata, and Ms. Marolle Grace T. Ramos).

The program started at around 9:00 am, formally opened by the PRCMO Deputy Executive Director, Dr. Lloyd C. Bautista, through an Opening Remarks, followed by a photo opportunity with the guests and heads of their respective offices and organizations. A ceremonial tree-planting was then conducted after the photo op, which was then immediately followed by Messages of Support from their partner organizations. After some rest, the program was concluded through a Walkthrough Inspection led by PRCMO in Ada’s Park in Estero de Pandacan.
