The Registrar and Admissions Division (RAD) is now accepting request/s for transcript of records, diploma, certification, and other documents.

The schedule of releasing/claiming of the requested document/s will be emailed to you. For further clarification, you may also call 89368050 or 88063470 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (except Holidays).
