The schedule of releasing/claiming of the requested document/s will be emailed to you. For further clarification, you may also call 89368050 or 88063470 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (except Holidays).
As we shift to the “NEW NORMAL” process, your understanding is earnestly solicited so we can minimize potential health hazards for all stakeholders while ensuring the prompt and efficient delivery of service. Walk-in transactions will not be entertained. “NO APPOINTMENT, NO TRANSACTION POLICY” is strictly implemented. PLEASE OBSERVE HEALTH PROTOCOL GUIDELINES AT ALL TIMES.
