QCU to hold its 27th Commencement Exercises

The Quezon City University (QCU) will be holding its 27th Commencement Exercises on June 27, 2023, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Quezon City Memorial Circle, with the theme “QCians: Geared for Civic Engagement and Global Competitiveness.”

Around 2,121 graduates of Batch “Pinagtibay” from Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Accountancy are expected to attend the Commencement Exercises.

The morning ceremony will begin at 7:00 AM and graduates from the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and BS Entrepreneurship programs will be conferred their undergraduate degrees. The afternoon ceremony will start at 1:00 PM and will feature the graduates of the BS Information Technology, BS Industrial Engineering, and BS Electronics Engineering programs.

Atty. Mark Dale Diamond P. Perral, City Engineer from the Quezon City Government; and Hon. Wilbert T. Lee, representative of the AGRI Party-List, which represents the crop sector, will serve as the commencement speakers for the morning and afternoon ceremonies, respectively.

As part of the graduation activities, an online recollection was conducted on June 21, 2023, while the Baccalaureate Mass was held on June 23, 2023. In addition, the 2023 Career Fair was conducted on June 2, 2023, to provide the graduating students the opportunity to be employed, with more than 30 companies participating in the activity.
