Accounting Staff

Primary Position Duties:

Typical Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to
Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting activities, record financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Bank and Credit card reconciliations
  • Calling and answering customer’s calls and providing great customer service
  • Assist with Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable process transactions, invoicing, and collection efforts
  • Creates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Update and Check accounting spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Performs other related duties

assigned Skills and Qualifications:

  • QuickBooks Desktop and Online Knowledgeable
  • Proficient in adjusting journal entries and account reconciliation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English both orally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task, identify issues and resolve problems
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent in customer service
  • Team Player, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Handle confidential information professionally and

discreetly Education and Experience:

  • Associate Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year experience of related experience preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Position Details:

  • 1 location – Cypress California or nearby cities Full-Time (40 hours a week) (M- F) 8am – 5pm

Compensation:

Clinical Support Staff

Position Qualifications:

Required:

  • Fluency in English (Speaking – Reading – Writing)
  • Able to follow policies and procedures and provide detailed documentation

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience in Home Health – Billing and/or Clinical
  • SOC RNs
  • Medical or Coding certification
  • Synergy EMR experience
  • Speak fluently in Spanish or Tagalog

Position Shift:

  • Work from home
  • Part-time Position to Full-time Position
  • Salary to be determined

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day

  • Answer inquiries about the company, software options, Managed Services, and upcoming webinars/events
  • Answer incoming phone and perform outbound phone calls
  • Remotely connect to those using HealthCare Synergy, Inc. automated software solutions and assist with clinical, and possibly technical, support issues and/or questions
  • Understand, and stay up-to-date, with industry-related regulations and changes
  • Use CRM as an account management tool, checking and documenting accordingly
  • Use Freshdesk as a technical support ticket management tool, checking and documenting accordingly
  • Answer any incoming chats
  • Complete operational requirements by expediting work results
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Other

  • If you have clinical knowledge, assist with consulting of clinical forms and other software-related features relevant to clinicians
  • Assist with inbound and/or outbound calls regarding upcoming webinars, events, promotions, etc
  • Further develop within the company by continuously taking advantage of educational and experiential growth opportunities

Clinical Trainer – Technician

Position Qualifications:

Required:

  • Able to follow policies and procedures and provide detailed documentation

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
